Aptly called the City of Angels, Los Angeles is one of the most prolific states in the United States.

The city proudly known as the entertainment capital of the world is famous for its multicultural population and diverse lifestyle.

Hollywood stars, YouTube personalities and several other social media influencers call Los Angeles home.

The year-round pleasant weather, coupled with the beautiful beaches that the city has to offer, every year tourists and visitors flock to this creative capital to enjoy the sandy-tropical waterfront.

To guarantee you the best experience in Los Angeles, we have gathered some of the best luxury hotels in Los Angeles on the beach.

Malibu Beach Inn

The serene and breezy Malibu Beach Inn, sitting in the sands of Carbon Beach is the only hotel that has its own stretch of beach area for its guests.

This is one of the best luxury hotels in Los Angeles on the beach.

The resort is at walking distance from the Malibu Pier, where I was able to indulge in surfing and snorkelling at the Malibu Divers joint.

The urban centre of Santa Monica and the posh streets of Beverly Hills was only a few minutes' drive from the hotel.

The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful in sharing their expertise about the local restaurants, landmarks and other places to visit in and around Malibu.

The small yet sophisticated Cure Daily Spa in the hotel was relaxing and offered skincare, massage and yoga practices.

The on-site Carbon Beach Club Restaurant along the sea coast served locally sourced seafood cuisines and curated cocktails.

I enjoyed my morning walk by the coastline, also called the Billionaire's Beach.

The sounds of waves crashing and the water gently tickling my feet as I walked was rejuvenating.

My bedroom had a large bed and a sofa beside the windows.

The panoramic windows delivered a picturesque view of the Pacific Ocean.

The bathroom was spacious and well equipped with toiletries and a walk-in shower.

The staff were very helpful and the wifi was quick and free.

Shutters on the Beach

Located on the vast white sand expanses of Santa Monica Beach, Shutters on the Beach is one of the most prestigious hotels on the beach, California.

The ideal location of the hotel makes this one of the best luxury hotels in Los Angeles on the beach.

My room, like the rest of the hotel, was bright and spacious, with hues of blue and green.

The open balcony overlooking the ocean was delightful.

The bathroom had a hydrothermal massage tub and a separate walk-in shower which I enjoyed.

The room also featured abstract portraits and flower vases which added more authenticity to the suite.

I loved the morning yoga classes on the beach sands.

The staff were cooperative and pleasant.

However, wifi was not for free.

The wide range of cocktails, beers and wine served at the bar was also laudable.

My bedroom had a huge comfortable bed opposite to the massive window facing the ocean.

My favourite aspect of the room would be the bathtub on the balcony overlooking the Marina.

The exclusive Mosaic Tile House close to the hotel showcases a colourful plethora of lively, lucid colours adorning the little cottage.

My bedroom was small and had a modest little bed.

The view from my room was not great. The room had a vintage-cum-modern simplistic dećor.

The bathroom was also small yet sufficient with toiletries and other amenities.

The hotel has one of the best-maintained pools in the neighbourhood. The staff were pleasant and polite.

The complimentary wifi services were good but the parking price was yet again expensive.
